At EPICare Medical, we are dedicated to guiding you on your journey to better health. Located at 255 Dundas Street East, Unit 13, Waterdown, Ontario, our family practice is committed to providing comprehensive care tailored to the needs of you and your loved ones. We offer a welcoming environment where your health and well-being come first.
Convenient Online Booking
We understand that life can be busy, which is why we’re pleased to offer online appointment booking for your convenience. While this service helps streamline scheduling, please note that it may not reflect all available appointment times. If you need an appointment sooner than what’s listed online, we encourage you to call the clinic directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
After-Hours Clinic for Our Patients
As a patient of EPICare Medical and the Parkside-Dundas Family Health Organization (FHO), you have access to after-hours care to meet your needs beyond regular office hours. Our typical weekly schedule for after-hours services is:
- Monday - Wednesday: 5PM - 8PM (at Parkside Medical, by appointment ONLY)
- Thursday: 5PM - 8PM (at EPICare Medical)
- Saturday: 9AM - 3PM (at EPICare Medical)
- Saturday: 10AM - 1PM (at Parkside Medical)
For round-the-clock support, you can also reach the Telehealth Advisory Service (THAS) at 1-866-553-7205 to speak with a registered nurse.
Uninsured services
While OHIP covers most medically necessary care, some common services aren’t covered. This includes things like prescription renewals without an appointment, sick notes, insurance and employment forms, and medical record transfers.
To help manage these, we offer two options:
1. Annual Uninsured Services Plan
A flat annual fee covering many common uninsured services, including prescription renewals without an appointment and various administrative requests.
2. Pay-As-You-Go
Pay only for the uninsured services you use, based on our fee schedule.
